Is the full check really 99p?+
That is the intended launch price: one full check for 99p, without a subscription or automatic renewal. This prototype does not process real payments.
What can I see for free?+
The planned free layer includes useful basic vehicle and MOT information such as make, model, MOT status, expiry, mileage history and advisories where available.
What does 99p unlock?+
The Lemoned Check is designed to add paid provenance information, write-off status, enhanced red-flag analysis, market value and the combined Lemoned Score.
Is a high Lemoned Score good or bad?+
Bad. The scale is deliberately explicit: 0 is very clean and 100 is extremely risky or very “lemony”.
Does a clear report prove the car is safe?+
No. A data check is one part of buying a used car. It cannot replace viewing, test-driving and independently inspecting the vehicle.
Are you an official DVLA or MIB partner?+
No such partnership is claimed in this prototype. The live product will name only sources and agreements that are genuinely approved.
Does my 99p go directly to charity?+
No. Service costs have to be paid first. The intended model is for qualifying profit remaining after those costs to be donated to charity.
